I called on Synergy Orthopedics Physical Therapy and showed them the Google 360° Virtual Tour I photographed for Dr. Murphy and Murphy Sports Medicine. They liked the work that I did for them and wanted me to photograph all six of their locations.
So after some careful planning, we agreed on the days and times to go get the photography done. As you will see, the Google 360° Virtual Tour should be photographed in a people free environment for many reasons.
The first is that the tours look a lot better in a people free environment. Plus if people are in the pictures, the faces need to be blurred out. So, we had to schedule the photoshoots before they opened and I was there at 6 am.
The process of doing this type of photography takes some time. First, I need to make sure that there is a clear path for me to work because Google doesn’t want me to go through walls, doors or over equipment.
After the camera is set up, I do my first twelve images, 4 over exposed, 4 under exposed and 4 regular and three pictures in each direction, north, south east and west. I do it this way because it was how I was taught and when the image is stitched together, It comes out really nice.
Then I pick the tripod up with the camera mounted on top and move it about six feet, then repeat the process. My tripod head is manually rotated 90° to get all four angles.
So, if you like my work and want a Google 360° Virtual Tour, please call on me. So now, enjoy one of the tours I photographed for Synergy Orthpedic Physical Threapy La Mesa and let me know what you think.
